Who we are
This website and our WhatsApp business number are operated by MADAR ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DEVELOPING SERVICES – Establishment (“Madar” or “we”). We decide how your personal data is used. For questions or requests, see “Contact” below.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us:
- Contact form: your name, work email, company, phone number (optional), and message.
- WhatsApp: your WhatsApp number and profile name, your language choice, the service you select, and the name, company, project description, and contact details you type to our assistant, plus any message you send us.
- Technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider processes your IP address and request details to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and verify the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile).
At the time of writing, this website does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers of its own. If that changes, we will update this page first.
How we use it
We use your data to:
- Respond to your enquiry and contact you about it.
- Prepare proposals and follow up on projects.
- Keep a record of our correspondence.
- Protect our website and services from abuse.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions about you. We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form or messaging us, and on the steps needed to respond to your request. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Our automated assistant on WhatsApp
Our WhatsApp number uses an automated assistant that asks a few questions so our team can follow up with you. It does not make decisions about you, and you can type “human” at any time to reach a person. The assistant records your answers only to pass them to our team.
Who receives your data
We use service providers to run our services:
- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform) delivers WhatsApp messages and processes them under its own terms.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and our assistant and delivers our email.
- Telegram: our team receives enquiry summaries (name, company, service, project details, and your WhatsApp number) in a private internal chat and replies from there.
- Our authorised staff.
We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
Transfers outside the UAE
These providers may process data outside the United Arab Emirates. We choose providers with established security practices and share only what is needed.
How long we keep it
- WhatsApp conversation data held by our assistant is deleted automatically 30 days after your last message.
- Enquiry summaries we have received (email and internal chat) are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, maintain the business relationship, or meet legal obligations, and are then deleted.
- You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
- Give you access to your data.
- Correct it.
- Delete it.
- Restrict or stop using it.
- Withdraw your consent.
- Give you a copy of it.
Write to us at the address in “Contact”. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity.
Security
We use encrypted connections, verify the authenticity of incoming messages, limit access to authorised staff, and store access keys securely. No online service is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, payment details, or confidential plant documents through the website or the WhatsApp assistant.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
